The 21st Borders Cross-Country Series got off to a flying start on Sunday 15th November, with 68 runners taking part in the junior event and 166 in the senior event at Norham. The club propose intervals with a difference for the run up to Christmas period! To make us all feel like real athletes we propose to run an interval session on the track at Meadowbank Stadium, on the 8th December, followed by a meal out in Edinburgh.
