An informal evening for runners / friends / support crews training for
this Epic Scottish Race, but also incredibly useful for runners
training or thinking of training for other ultra events like the
Highland Fling, Devil O’ the Highlands, Mountain Marathons etc.

Tips /anecdotes / priceless information from a variety of experienced
West Highland Way Race regulars, including race Legends of the past
and Heroes of the present.
Dave Wallace (four time winner) will tell tales of his early races.
How he trained etc., and his wife and longtime support crew Anne-Marie
will offer wisdom in "crewing " for the event.
Other race Legends will offer spontaneous wisdom too.
Mid-evening tea, coffee, biscuits around 8ish
