MDAC will be hosting the third running of the Turf Cutting Race on Saturday 11th September. It will be run in an orienteering format with checkpoints at each of Musselburgh’s Turf Cutting Stations, a total distance of approximately 7.5 miles. A map will be provided. The race will start at 10.30 am from Pinkie playing fields and will be open to senior members of MDAC plus the Haddington and Dunbar Clubs. The race will be followed by soup and sandwiches.

I have booked changing rooms and the kitchen. Before the race, we will be going over the route on Tuesday nights, if any one wants to join us.
