Well the results are in. 40% of respondents claim they do less running during the winter months – no doubt spending more time gyrating around their living rooms hooked up to the latest “Wii–for–the–home–bound”. Dunbar Cross-Country

Cross-Country – Norham

Christmas Intervals

The club propose intervals with a difference for the run up to Christmas period!  To make us all feel like real athletes we propose to run an interval session on the track at Meadowbank Stadium, on the 8th December, followed by a meal out in Edinburgh.  The likely cost for the session would be £4.20 for each adult who takes part in the track session.  Changing facilities would be available…
